Check in from 2pm to 7pm.

A surcharge of €50 will be applied to check-ins after 7pm and requests must be confirmed by the property.
For the B&B rooms (Josephine, Namastè and Ebano), breakfast is included in the rate. In the apartment, however, breakfast is NOT provided.
To ensure the peace of all our guests, children will only be accepted over 15 years of age.
It's not permitted to organize stag or hen parties or parties in general.
The property is a non-smoking area.
Pets are not allowed.

The rate does not include extras and the tourist tax of €1.5 per person per night.

Cancellation Policy:
The customer can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
The customer pays 50% of the total cost of the reservation if he cancels within 30 days before arrival.
Changing your reservation, reducing the number of guests or shortening your stay, within 30 days of your scheduled arrival will incur a €200 penalty.

THE CREDIT CARD IS ONLY FOR GUARANTEE IN CASE OF NO SHOW OR CANCELLATION BEYOND THE EXPECTED TERMS.
PAYMENT WILL BE MADE AT THE STRUCTURE ON THE DAY OF CHECK OUT.
